Complementary support provides the following at no additional fee. These options are included with every ConCat instance.
We offer access to bug reporting and status reporting of issues to all customers on the ConCat platform. In addition, we offer a public tracker for all verified bugs
Join our Discord community to discuss usage and feature requests amongst other users, and our staff! Become a part of the discussion, participate in round tables, and more as our product evolves.
Documentation is provided on our Confluence wiki to the general public. You can also find release notes, and blog posts detailing new and upcoming features. Additionally, you can find How-To's detailing common actions.
We offer a variety of support options for an added cost. From at-event support, to training sessions we can provide a support package that's right for you.
We provide at-event support at a base rate of $75 an hour per support engineer plus travel related expenses. Events must provide staff level registrations to all necessary support engineers that will be present during the event's operating hours.
We provide individual and group training sessions to all customers at an added fee. These sessions allow your event staff to learn about how ConCat works, how to utilize it for various staff functions, and one on one walkthroughs with a Q&A session. Pricing starts at $200 per session, not inclusive of required travel expenses. Remote training available.
Enterprise customers have the option of on-call support with three incidents per month. Additional incidents are billed at $100 per incident.
